HCP Talent pays a $1,000 referral bonus for every healthcare professional you refer who is hired through us and completes the guarantee period. Refer RNs, NPs, PAs, physicians, or clinical and non-clinical leaders. There is no limit on how many referrals you can submit, and referrals stay valid for one year.

Three simple steps from referral to reward
Step 1
Share the name and background of a healthcare professional you know — an RN, NP, PA, physician, or leader — using the form below. Referrals must be submitted before the candidate is placed by HCP Talent.
Step 2
Our team reaches out, vets your referral through our 8-step search process, and matches them with the right clinical or leadership opportunity.
Step 3
Once your referral is placed and completes the guarantee period, your $1,000 reward is processed the following month.
A referral must meet the following criteria to qualify for payout
Referrals are valid for one year from the date of submission.
The reward does not apply to candidates already in our database who have been in contact with an HCP Talent representative within the past 6 months, or who have been placed by HCP Talent within the past 24 months.
Client contacts, agencies, and third-party vendors are not eligible to participate in this program.
Reward payment is processed the month after your referral successfully completes the guarantee period. No partial payments will be made.
The referring individual must submit a W-9 to HCP Talent (if one is not already on file) before payment can be processed.
To qualify, referrals must be submitted prior to the candidate being placed by HCP Talent.

HCP Talent pays $1,000 per successful placement referred through its Referral Rewards Program, covering RNs, NPs, PAs, physicians, and clinical and non-clinical leaders.
Referrals qualify across nursing and advanced practice roles (RN, NP, PA), physician roles (MD, DO, Medical Director), clinical leadership (CNO, VP of Nursing, Director of Nursing), and non-clinical leadership (CEO, CFO, COO, revenue cycle, HR). Any healthcare professional HCP Talent can place is eligible.
Complete the referral form on the /referral-program page with your name, email, and phone number plus your candidate’s name, current title, and organization. You can also email info@hcptalent.com or call (646) 971-7659. Referrals must be submitted before HCP Talent places the candidate.
No. There is no cap on referrals or rewards. Each referral that results in a successful placement earns a separate $1,000 reward once the candidate completes the guarantee period.
Yes. HCP Talent must have a current W-9 on file for the referring individual before a $1,000 reward payment can be processed. Rewards are paid in full with no partial payments.
